well i just saw a post of it on my dash saying he is a host if a virus called LPQ-79, which i ended up googleing and nothing came up and also the thing said the man had a disease that ate away at his skin at a alarmingly fast rate but in evverypicure or video, the man skin is in tact and i read some other articles and they think the man was tripping on a new form of LSD which is way ore powerfull and makes the human body so hot its liek your melting from the inside and there have been several if not more cases like this were the suspect is showing super human abilities and stuff and the cannibal man had a long criminal record already with some drug use on there so i wuldnt be supprised. one more thing the first shot fired was a NON-leathal round so then they fired multiple lethal rounds until he was dead  so basicly he actully isnt a zombie and i dont think there is a virus going around
